The Service provides fan-made, browser-based simulation games for entertainment purposes only. These are unofficial tools not affiliated with any television network, game studio, or rights holder.
Our Content: The simulation mechanics, game logic, user interface, and original archetypes are owned by Venharim and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Content: Character names, images, and likenesses in cast libraries are the property of their respective owners. These are used solely for identification purposes in the context of transformative fan-made gameplay and are not claimed as our own.
User Content: When you create custom characters or upload images, you retain ownership but grant us a license to display them within the Service. You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENHARIM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE.
